Local Insight is an annual subscription service. To discuss a quote for your organisation, please get in touch and we are happy to talk through some options with you.
Unfortunately, we do not. We keep our prices as low as possible, so there isn’t much room for discounts.
Due to the work that goes into Local Insight, our subscription costs are usually too high compared to the value you will get back as an individual user. We instead recommend that your academic institution subscribes. Find out more here.

Yes, you are able to share outputs from Local Insight with your partners – whether that is a copy of an area profile report, a dashboard export or a public site.

Local Insight is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, so you do not need any prior knowledge of GIS or data platforms in order to get value from the tool.

That being said, many of our users are Data Analysts. Local Insight has been built by researchers and for researchers, we often use it in our own consultancy projects!
Local Insight is a continually evolving product and we keep the product development as user-led as possible.
We run user groups, which gives you the opportunity to contribute towards the future direction of the tool.
New functionality is usually rolled into Local Insight as part of the subscription cost, however we may from time to time charge for optional functionality or add-ons to the tool.
